5 Locations for Your Next Family Photo Session

We were so thrilled to have our kid's "Omi" and "Opah" here to visit this weekend! It was a short visit but we squeezed in lots of memories. I think one of our favorite adventures together was going to a vintage inspired custard shop. The little shop itself brought Omi down memory lane. She loved how the shop was an open space outdoors but it was covered like a garage and the spinning chairs brought back special memories of when she was a little girl. She and Eli had some really great bonding time there and I hope it is a memory he keeps forever.

Little visits like this are especially nice when looking for documentary photography. If I had just ONE picture of myself with my grandparents doing something special like this I would frame it. As a mother these are sweet moments but seriously, for our kids, they are EVERYTHING. My "little visits" package would be just perfect for this type of session. Do you have someone special coming to town? Do you have a place you take your family to every weekend? Is your child getting his/her haircut for the first time?

Seriously, these sessions are so much fun and EASY! As a mom myself I know it is *impossible* to sit a child down long enough to even get a fake cheesy smile, and when it's possible it is just down right stressful. What better environment than a fun activity (bonus- treats are involved!) with your child enjoying him or herself to capture true genuine smiles and the best of their personality?

This was a crazy fun location to do a shoot in and I have a few more too, all located in the convenient downtown Frisco! Here are 5 locations in downtown Frisco for a perfect "little visits" documentary shoot.
